How do I switch funds?
The easiest way to exchange a fund is to use our On-line service but you can also send a request via fax or letter. The switch of funds can only be done with Ancoria funds.
How long time does it take to switch funds?
Our stock funds are traded every business day. If we get your order before noon Swedish time, the switch will take place the same day.
What's the fee to switch funds?
125 SEK.
What's the cut off time to effectuate purchases?
The payment must be received at the latest noon Swedish time for the fund units to be purchased that day. How long time it takes before the money is received depends on whether or not you use a Swedish or foreign bank and in which method you make your payment. Payments through an Internet bank in Sweden normally are the fastest.
How long time does it take before my payment has been confirmed?
It it's your very first payment it'll take two to three weeks after the purchase of a fund before you get a written confirmation. If you're already a customer then you can confirm your payment via our Online-services the day after we've received and registered it.
How do I withdraw money from my account?
If you're saving in an Life Policy you can withdraw money whenever you want. Request a withdrawal via our Online-services (max 100 000 SEK per month) or request it via fax or via letter State your account number, amount, which fund you're withdrawing from and how you want the money paid such as bankgiro or your own pre-registered account number. Sign your request and it would be helpful if you also indicate your daily phone number. The money is paid within 10 business days from the trading date.
Why do I have to pre-register my bank account?
Because of security reasons we only transfer payments to your own bank account. In order for us to be sure that the account is yours we need your written certification which accounts we can transfer money to. You also certify that you are indeed the owner.
Can I make withdrawals / transfers from my child's Ancoria account?
If your child is under age we need a written original request with signatures from both parents, See form (Swedish). If you're a sole caretaker we ask you to attach a certification from the taxation authorities. To be able to make withdrawals/ transfers via the Online-services the parents can give each other a power of attorney for the child's insurance.
How do I cancel my Endowment Policy?
The request for cancellation must be done via fax or letter, you cannot cancel an insurance via our Online-services. The cancellation fee is 395 SEK.
I'm saving in an Interest Account with a fixed interest rate but I cannot see if any interest has been paid out so far.
When you're saving in an Interest Account with a fixed interest rate your money is committed for an agreed upon period. The interest will not be showing until at the end of the commitment period.
