How do I change password? Click on "Personal info" when you are logged in on your account and then go to "Change password".
Why do I get the error message ".. not support Java2" when I'm logging in? In order to be able to see transactions and yields on our Online - services you need the software program Java. You can download the English version from the online site.
Why do I get the message "The account doesn't exist"? It's the wrong account number. It may be an account number you've had earlier but where the balance has been transferred to another insurance or another company within Ancoria.
I made a deposit a couple of days ago. Why can't I see the transaction online? If you made a manual payment, like filled in your own slip for plusgiro or bankgiro, then it takes about a week before the payment is visible on our OnLine - services.
How often is my account information updated? We update all account information once per day, Monday thru Friday. While the process takes place it's possible your account temporarily shows a balance of zero.
Why do I get the message "Invalid password"? a. You may not have entered with upper or lower characters. b. Your web-browser doesn't accept cookies.
Why doesn't my web-browser accept cookies? The security in your web-browser is adjusted to a too high level. Change to medium by going to Tools/Internet Options/Privacy.
Why am I logged out right away? a Your web-browser doesn't accept cookies. b. Your Internet provider hasn't renewed our Certificate. Contact your Internet provider.
Security When you're logged in with your personal password you're on a secure web page (https) where all information is encrypted and you can feel safe when entering personal data and processing transactions. It's therefore utmost important that you never reveal your password.
Can I use Ancoria Insurance OnLine-services to transfer money from my account to the account of somebody else, for example my spouse? No, besides changing data in your own account and because of security reasons you can only transfer money to one of your own outside pre-registered accounts
If you need to transfer money to another person we'll need a mailed original request with you signature.
When I print I'm loosing the right margin. What can I do? Go to Page Set up in your web-browser and choose "Landscape".
Can I close my account online? You cannot close your account with Ancoria Insurance via Internet. We need your written request via fax or letter.
Can I make withdrawals/transfers from my child's Ancoria' account? If your child is under age we need a written original request with signatures from both parents, If you're a sole caretaker we ask you to attach a certification from the taxation authorities. To be able to make withdrawals/transfers via the Online-services the parents can give each other a power of attorney for the child's insurance,Power of Attorney Form.
Can I make change of address online? Yes. But please note that you cannot change your address via ordinary e-mail, only when you're logged in. You can also send a signed change of address form via fax or letter. |
