Regulatory Oversight
Ancoria Insurance is regulated by the Superintendent of Insurance Insurance Companies Control Service of the Ministry of Finance. The Cyprus Insurance Law follows the relevant EU directives. Apart from the Ministry of Finance the independent appointed actuary of the Company plays a key role in the corporate governance of the Company and assists to assure that the best interest of the policyholders are protected.
