Ancoria Insurance is regulated by the Cypriotic insurance institute "Ministry of Finance, Insurance Companies Control Service".

The audit is basically following British guidelines which, in many aspects, is more rigorous than that of Swedish regulation. The company is also surveyed by an independent actuary whose task is to make sure that the company always can
meet its obligations towards the customers.
