The objective of the fund is to generate a solid yield via investments in the real estate market.The Ancoria Real Estate Fund is an equity fund, which invests globally in real estate related businesses, such as buildings for example.

The fund may also invest in fixed interest securities, bonds and UCITS funds. Presently the emphasis is on the Swedish market.
